Yes. All our pole sheds are engineered to meet New Zealand standards and can be supplied with consent-ready plans.
Do you offer supply only, or can you build the shed too?
Both options are available. We can supply a complete kitset for DIY projects, or we can organise professional builders to construct your shed — making it a hassle-free experience.
Can I include extras like roller doors, concrete floors, or a lean-to?
Definitely. We offer a full range of add-ons including roller doors, personnel access doors, lean-tos, skylights, and concrete floor options. Just let us know what you’re after.
How big can you build a pole shed without a permit?
You can build up to 110m², but it’s important to check with your local council for any specific restrictions
What is the building code for a pole shed or hay barn in NZ?
To meet requirements, your shed must be single-storey and no higher than 4 metres from the floor. The floor should sit less than 1 metre above ground level, and the roof span shouldn’t exceed 6 metres without extra support.
