Stratford ITM is happy to issue a refund or exchange on products within 30 days of purchase.
- Goods returned must be unused, in original packaging and in a saleable condition.
- Customised items, which include products cut, or special order are unable to be accepted for return.
- A copy of the original invoice must be presented upon return.
- If an invoice is not provided the credit will not be processed until this has been received.
- If goods are faulty we will either repair, replace or provide you with a refund.
Any refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase. (ie credit card purchases will be refunded back to the same credit card.)
All delivery costs associated with the return must be covered by the purchaser.
Once we receive your item back at the store, we’ll issue a refund within 5 working days.
We take great care in packaging your items, but in the unlikely event that the order is damaged or is incomplete please contact us straight away (within 24 hours) and we’ll do everything we can to put it right. For any further enquiries please contact enquiries@itmstratford.co.nz
